iCU2-VLV2 Viva Las Vegas 2

Ok, so here is the first official announcement about this year’s iCU2 Las Vegas party.  March 5th, 6th, and 7th are the dates I have been telling everyone to mark on their calendars. I have been negotiating with a group event planner over hotels. At the moment it is a bidding war with The Signature Towers at The MGM Grand and The Luxor. The current rate is $128 dollars a night. The Signature at MGM Grand is 3 huge towers next to the MGM Grand Hotel. It looks like it is all suites.  The Luxor is the pyramid hotel just up the strip and is a great place. Once I make the deal for the room rates they will be posted here and on the site front page.

Details about where everyone can expect to hang out and video chat on iCU2 like we did last year will be announced soon.

The Heart Bar at Planet Hollywood will never be the same. We want to book a party bus too. An evening dinner for us all will be arranged.

We welcome your suggestions for activities and hot spots. If you know a cool place to eat let me know. Know a better hotel with better rates? Let us know. There is still plenty of time to make adjustments and plan a kick-ass time for everyone!

But the dates are set in stone: March 5th, 6th, 7th 2010. The iCU2 Team and their King (me) will be arriving on the 4th to prep. We want this event to be bigger and better than the last. Tell everyone, IT IS ON!

    Looks like the Aurora might be the bar hang out of choice at the Luxor.

    I talked you for a minute last year before your conference. I am still looking to get this convention up and running. But am acutally pretty lost and need help!!!

    Ok I have struck a deal with the Luxor. Less than 100 a night and Sunday is under 60 a night. Reservation code will be posted as soon as I get it.
